Banks County Rejects To Set A Flea Market on Highway 441

The Banks County Commission voted against plans of putting up a flea market in a portion of a 120,000 square-foot building next to a former Pottery building on Highway 441 located at Banks Crossing.
Banks Commissioners voted not to give the Chamblee-based investment group - Barrow 141 on 316, the special-use permit as required by county ordinances for flea market operators.
